We rejoice that the ministry continues to grow as we become more known and feel our way into the direction that God is giving us.

The good news is that the need for our services far outstrips the resources we have, and our policy is not to turn away situations of genuine need, regardless of whether or not they can meet the very reasonable charges we make.

The bad news is that our financial situation needs to radically change if we are to continue to expand and develop.

Our current most pressing needs are as follows:

  • We would like to increase the number of paid hours Carolyn's PA works. Carolyn currently spends a lot of time doing secretarial work; time that she could better spend developing Heart for Truth's written resources, leading events and giving consultations.

  • We desperately need a second computer. When both Carolyn and her PA are in the office, it is impossible for them both to use the computer at the same time!

  • Carolyn's Ford KA car was not designed to travel long distances to multiple events on a regular basis. It is getting quite old now and needs to be replaced with a safer, more comfortable car, more suitable for long-distance driving.

  • Carolyn has never received a wage from Heart for Truth; she simply claimed expenses. As this is a full time job for her it seems unfair that she goes without. If she does not receive a full time wage soon then she will need to look for paid work elsewhere which will obviously infringe upon the amount of time she has for Heart for Truth.
